Beast Cricket offers full refunds under the following conditions:
- Defective Goods
- Misprinted Goods
- Goods Damaged During Shipping
If your product qualifies under any of the above reasons, please contact us at sales@beastcricket.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item. Upon approval, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–4 business days.
Refund Method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Please provide your Bank Account Number and IFSC Code to receive the refund. It may take 6–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. - Online Payment Orders
The refund will be issued to the original payment source and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
