4. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.

   

• International shipping is available; charges and delivery times vary based on destination. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.

   

5. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

   

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days

   

• Remote/Outlying Areas: 5–8 business days

6. Packaging & Damaged Goods

Every product is thoroughly checked, packed, and sealed before dispatch. However, minor transit damage may occur due to third-party handling, which is beyond our control.

If your product arrives significantly damaged or unusable, please contact us at sales@beastcricket.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images or video for assistance. If eligible, we will arrange return pickup or replacement based on the case also check our return & refund policy before returning the product.
